GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE
The User who accesses the Website undertakes to read and comply with these general conditions of use.
All Users are responsible for the data they disseminate, use and/or transfer and undertake to comply with the French regulations in force, including that relating to illegal content (examples: paedophilia, incitement to hatred racial) protection of the rights of third parties (example: intellectual property rights). The Company is not responsible for the use of data, broadcast content or services of another person who would not comply with existing regulations.
The information provided by the Company is indicative. The Company cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and news of the information disseminated on the Website. As a result, the User acknowledges using this information under his/her sole responsibility.
Website Privacy Policy
In this present document, the terms “Personal data” and “Data controller” must be interpreted in accordance with the French Law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, known as the “Loi Informatique et Libertés”, and the European Regulation n°2016/679 of 27 April 2016 known as the “General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)”.
The Company, in its capacity as Data controller, respects the will of Users to protect their Personal data transmitted when using the Website (hereinafter the “Data“). When using the Website, the User may be asked to provide certain information allowing him/her to be identified directly. This information will be used in accordance with these conditions of use.
Data collection
The User may contact the Company using one of the e-mail addresses published on the Website or by using the contact form on the Website. When doing so, the User may be asked to provide:

- Any other data indicated in the text field.
The information indicated by an asterisk is compulsory and necessary to process the User’s request.
For each processing operation, the Company undertakes to collect and process only the Data required for the purposes set out below.
Processing purposes
The information collected and transmitted directly by the User is processed by the Company to respond to the User’s request.
The Data may also be used for commercial prospecting purposes during the period of retention of the Data provided for in the article “Duration of retention of Data”, provided that the request for information relates to one or more services offered by the Company.
This Data may not be used subsequently for other purposes without the User’s consent.
Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Company in accordance with article 6 (1) f of the GDPR.
If the request constitutes an application for a position within the Company or an unsolicited application, the basis for processing is the performance of pre-contractual measures in accordance with Article 6 (1) b of the GDPR.
Data retention period
The Data is kept:
- for the time necessary to process the User’s request or;
- for a period of three (3) years from the last contact from the person requesting information on the services offered by the Company or;
- for a period of two (2) years from the last contact from the applicant.
The User has the possibility to object to the conservation of his/her Data under the conditions provided for in the article – “Users’ rights”.
Recipients and Data transfert
The Data is transmitted to the relevant departments of the Company as well as to certain service providers supplying products/services to the Company, in connection with its information system.
Communication of the Data to these recipients is necessary to ensure the processing of the Data for the aforementioned purposes only.
The sharing of Data with certain service providers supplying products/services to the Company may involve their transfer outside the EEA. In this case, the Company undertakes to put in place appropriate safeguards beforehand by signing the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses with the entity outside the EEA which processes the Data.
In any event, the Company undertakes not to market the Data collected.
Users’ rights
In accordance with the “Loi Informatique et libertés” and the GDPR, the User has the right to access, object to, rectify, delete, limit the processing of, and port all Data concerning him/her.

In accordance with article 12.5 of the GDPR, the Company may refuse to grant the request if it is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
In any event, the Company undertakes to respond to a request to exercise rights within a maximum period of one (1) month following receipt of the request, unless an extension is granted, and the User is duly notified (article 12.3 of the GDPR).
The User is informed that he/she may, if necessary, lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in France, this is the CNIL).
Security
Throughout the period of storage of the Data, the Company undertakes to implement all the technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and security of the Data, to prevent, in particular, access by unauthorised third parties.
The security measures implemented by the Company comply with its information systems security policy (PSSI) and the ISO/CEI 27001:2017 standard.
The Company regularly checks that its hosting and digital service providers have the same level of certification.
Intellectual property rights
The data on the website is the exclusive property of the Company. As a result, any reproduction of these elements is strictly prohibited. This representation or reproduction, by any process, constitutes an infringement sanctioned by articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
In addition, all potential product or company names mentioned on the website and not owned by the Company are trademarks of their respective owners.
Hypertext with third parties
The hypertext established as part of the website towards other resources on the Internet cannot be held in charge of the Company.
